Their astringent property strengthens the skin and makes it more resistant. The oak bark extracts in Dr. Hauschka Skin Care products are prepared using our own special rhythmic processes.

It is rich in enzymes and minerals and is beneficial to cleansed skin. Lactic acid is a component of the natural hydrating factor of the skin.

It is characterised by elongated silvery-green leaves, which remain on the tree for more than a year, and by the idiosyncratic shape of its trunk. Olive trees have been known to live for more than a thousand years. In recent times its leaves were found to contain substances with antioxidant properties which enhance the body's cell protection mechanisms. This discovery confirms the traditional applications of olive leaves in Mediterranean countries. The olive leaf extracts in Dr. Hauschka Skin Care products are prepared using our own special rhythmic process.

The gentle process of cold pressing preserves the character of the oil as a purely natural product. With its excellent fatty acid composition it cares for the skin and makes it smooth. We prepare several plant extracts with olive oil, using a special process.
ORANGE FLOWER OIL/EXTRACT essential oil	Component of the essential oil mixture in Dr. Hauschka Skin Care	Citrus Aurantium Flower Oil	The essential oil from the flowers of the bitter orange (also known as neroli oil) is a declarable fragrance and is part of the essential oil mixture of selected Dr. Hauschka products. It has a relaxing and anxiety-relieving effect and therefore has a positive influence on our mood.
ORANGE FLOWER WATER	Almond Soothing Body Cream	Citrus Aurantium Amara (Bitter Orange) Flower Water	The pleasant-tasting, refreshing orange flower water is obtained by distillation of fresh orange blossom buds.
ORANGE PEEL OIL essential oil	Component of the essential oil mixture in Dr. Hauschka Skin Care	Citrus Aurantium Peel Oil	The essential oil from the peel of the bitter orange and blood orange is a declarable fragrance and is part of the essential oil mixture of selected Dr. Hauschka products. The scent of orange puts you in a good mood and has a calming effect at the same time.
