Description

Cleansing Cream offers renewing, refreshing care to the skin. This gentle cleanser exfoliates and improves natural ability on the skin, preparing it for a toner and day or night care. For all skin conditions.

Formulation: Calendula, chamomile, St. John’s wort, anthyllis and sweet almond meal gently cleanse while revitalising skin and minimising the appearance of pores.

Usage

Cleanse in the morning and evening. Moisten face and neck with warm water. Include décolleté if desired. Mix 1-2 cm (1/2 inch) of Cleansing Cream with water in the palms to form a smooth, creamy paste. Press gently into the skin with a rolling motion, starting in the centre of the forehead then slowly working outward and down. Use gentle movements. Do not rub–this is not a face scrub. Avoid the eye area. Dampen your hands again. Repeat several times. Rinse with plenty of warm water then finish with a splash of cool, fresh water. For sensitive skin use warm water only.

Best cleanser

I've been using this product on & off for at least 25 years. My skin has always been very sensitive so I've been leery of using anything that claims to have an abrasive ingredient (including almond meal), sticking to once a week use. I am almost 80 years old & feel bad that I waited this long to make Creme Purifiante part of my daily routine. My skin never looked cleaner or healthier.

Cleansing Cream

I like it a lot. I also appreciate that it lasts long because I need a small amount to clean my face and neck, and I rub the rest on the top of my hands. The only Q I have is whether there is a reason why it is packaged in a metal tube. It is easy to squeeze the cream out., no problem. However, when a small amount was left I smelled a metallic scent.

We consciously avoid the use of preservatives in our Dr. Hauschka cosmetics, which is not the only reason why protective packaging is so important.

Aluminum tubes in particular often do more than most other packaging materials in terms of product protection, as no impurities or microorganisms from the air are drawn back into the packaging when the cream is removed. This ensures that the quality of the packaged goods is preserved as well as possible.

The aluminum tubes used for Dr. Hauschka products are absolutely safe to use. They have a physiologically safe coating on the inside. It complies with the German Food and Feed Code and can also be used for food packaging. Mixing with the contents of the tube is not possible. Even if the tubes are squeezed or subjected to other mechanical stresses, the flexible inner protective coating is not affected.

Aluminum itself has no specific scent. A slight metallic odor may arise from pollution or even skin contact. However, this has no effect on the quality of the products.
